Initial Fertility Consultation, Individual or Couple (60 minutes) - $200
This appointment is a shared conversation about your family-building goals, a review of your medical and reproductive history, and a review of your daily behavioral and lifestyle choices. We will discuss fertility fundamentals and discuss various treatment options for your personal family-building journey.

Initial Perimenopause/Menopause Consultation (60 minutes) - $200
This appointment is a shared conversation about your current symptoms and concerns, a review of medical and reproductive history, and a review of your daily behavioral and lifestyle choices. We will discuss hormonal fundamentals and determine what testing would be helpful for you to help you determine if hormone replacement therapy is right for you.

Female or Male Follow-up Consultation (30 or 60 minutes) - $100/$200, plus additional lab costs.*
This appointment includes review of your lab and/or imaging results. We will create a plan for your current and lifetime  journey.

Semen Analysis Home Collection Kit - $199
The only at-home, CLIA certified semen analysis kit proven to be as reliable as an in-clinic collection. This kit allows you to produce your semen sample on your own schedule and in the comfort of your own home. Purchased in clinic or it can be mailed you (shipping additional).  

Second Opinion of Your Fertility Treatment Journey (30-60 minutes) - $150/$250
This appointment is for a second opinion of where you’ve been and where you’d like to go, designed to empower you with questions to ask your current providers to improve your results. Previous records for my review prior to your appointment is required to maximize our time together.

Support During Your IVF Treatment Cycle - package priced, TBD depending upon your needs
This package is designed as a support system to your fertility clinic, to provide you with educational and emotional support during your treatment cycle. This could include help with organizing all your medications, understanding what results mean, why certain medications are prescribed, what are realistic expectations, or just having someone in the know to walk your journey alongside you.

Early Pregnancy Care - package priced, TBD depending upon your needs

This package is designed to provide support in the gap from the onset of your positive pregnancy test until you see your pregnancy  healthcare provider for your first prenatal visit at 8-10weeks. Includes discussions and education about safe medications, supplements, viability ultrasound, diet, exercise, & lifestyle behaviors, along with emotional support.

Nutrition Coaching (30 minutes) - $100
Designed to address your health goals and diagnoses, and their impact on your fertility or peri/menopause - including nutrition, stress management, exercise, and supplements. 

Fertility Preservation Awareness -  for Cancer or LGBTQ+ Family Building (60 minutes) - $200
Designed to address options for attempting pregnancy as well as egg, sperm, or embryo fertility preservation. We will discuss your family building goals, the why/how/and what happens in the future, and where to start.

Fertility Medications Injections (prescribed by your fertility clinic) - $25 clinic hours, $100 after clinic hours/weekends
You must provide your treatment plan and all necessary supplies, including your medication(s) with prescription labels, syringes, and needles. 

Consultation to discuss fertility or hormonal issues not listed above - (30 minutes/$100, 60 minutes/$200)

All consultations can be provided via telehealth if you prefer

5% of your fee will be donated to one of the charities I have selected. I will be rotating charities, and if there is one you would like for me to add to my list, I'd love to hear about it. I strongly believe in the importance of paying-it-forward and giving back. Please let me know if you prefer not to participate.
